Improving an executive performance measurement and rewards process

Situation An organization desired to implement a performance management system for nearly 200 executives.
Solution The organization deployed Proofpoint's Goal Alignment System (GOALS) to provide a fully functional management, measurement and reward system.
Results The system was operational within days and executive goals that were in multiple formats-paper, simple databases, spreadsheets-were loaded within 3 weeks. Executive feedback on the system's capabilities, fairness, and ease of use were universally positive.

GOALS was modified to support federal executive requirements and is the only out-of-the-box system that supports the guidelines and regulations of the Office of Personnel Management (OMB) and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
