Implementing a common sense employee performance and recognition system

Situation A public educational organization wanted to improve its performance management processes for a large group of highly skilled educators. The educators were highly skilled, highly independent, and generally leery of any method that would potentially measure their performance. They wanted a "common sense" approach.
Solution The organization deployed Proofpoint's Faculty Contribution Assessment system. A self-selected team of educators worked with the Proofpoint technical team to shape the system to meet the needs of the institution and the needs of the faculty.
