Demonstrated record of success in the development of new accounts and expansion and maintenance of existing accounts.
Ability to effectively communicate the value of Proofpoint's applications to prospective and existing customers, uncover and prioritize critical business requirements, develop and implement client appropriate sales strategies.
Previous, provable, success in balancing multiple prospects and lead generation activities.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Required Skills

- Present Proofpoint technologies, demonstrating a deep understanding of software, user interfaces, and system integration
- Create, implement, and execute account plans
- Develop and maintain prospect lists, customer lists and pipeline opportunities, utilizing the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
- Take responsibility for tracking customer information, and generating relevant forecasts and reports

Software Developer
(Denver Area)
Overview Qualifications
Demonstrated record of success in the development of software applications on the following platforms: ASP.Net, VB.Net, ADO.NET, Java, SQL, .NET Developer
Experience developing supporting documentation.
Able to:
- Work fast and accurately
- Work independently and as part of a larger product team
- Elegantly handle shifting timelines and priorities
- Describe technical features, functions, and roadmaps in a manner understandable to non-technical audiences
U.S. citizen with ability to pass Federal security requirements
Bachelors degree.
Required Skills
- Application development and rollout
- Define coding standards and development best practices
- Analyze systems and architect solutions with clear, efficient designs.
- Extensive understanding of SOA, security, enterprise integration, and distributed computing concepts
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, and organizational skills
- Lead and mentor developers
- Work with head of production technology to deliver high quality IT products on schedule and within budget
- Perform code review sessions with other developers and suggest alternate strategies when appropriate
- Document technical designs and specs
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on programming experience developing scalable, high-performance applications using .NET technologies at the middle-tier including web services.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing SQL databases using event triggers and stored procedures, ADO.NET.
- Building use cases and test cases.
- Recognized leader with the ability to guide/facilitate team meetings, gather user/client requirements, and make appropriate technical decisions.
